Kitchen Assistant at Incontro AB

Incontro AB prepares meals for publicly funded operations, such as preschools, schools, and nursing homes. Every day, Incontro's chefs prepare nearly 30,000 portions of food for Sweden's young and elderly.

Do you want to work in a cheerful team where you can contribute to good food and well-being every day? Incontro is now looking for a kitchen assistant who enjoys taking responsibility, keeping order, and being where the action is – in the heart of the kitchen.

⭐About the Role

As a kitchen assistant with us, you will:

  • Assist with preparations, dishwashing, cleaning, and inventory management
  • Support chefs and cold kitchen staff in daily production
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized
  • Contribute to a good working atmosphere and collaborate with the entire kitchen team
  • Help create a safe and pleasant dining environment for both students and educators
  • Work daytime hours - no late evenings or weekends!

🧑‍🍳 Who Are You?

We believe that you:

  • Have experience from restaurants or large kitchens
  • Are meticulous, efficient, and enjoy taking responsibility
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for hygiene and order
  • Have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
  • Speak Swedish fluently

  • Location: Nya Elementar School
  • Extent: Part-time 60%
  • Employment: Permanent, with an initial probationary period
  • Start Date: By agreement
